Als operator op de chemische afdeling speel je een sleutelrol in het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect loopt op onze computergestuurde galvanische lijnen.
Concreet betekent dit dat je:
- De galvanische lijnen bedient en de juiste parameters instelt
- Waakt over de correcte dosering van chemicaliën in de baden
- Temperaturen en procestijden nauwkeurig opvolgt
- Stalen neemt van de chemische baden en deze analyseert
- Snel ingrijpt bij afwijkingen om de kwaliteit van het eindproduct te garanderen
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, kwaliteitsgerichte productie.
Your Profile
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een productieomgeving.
- Motivatie en nauwkeurigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
- Je kan een stabiel CV voorleggen
- Je volgde een technische opleiding
- Je werkt vlot met de pc
- Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af
- Je kan zelfstandig en georganiseerd werken
- Je bent bereid tot werken in 2 ploegen
