Onze klant, een dynamisch bedrijf in de voedingssector, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste onthaalbediende (4/5e).
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en klanten, zowel telefonisch als aan de balie. Dankzij jouw professionele en vriendelijke aanpak zorg je voor een warm welkom en een uitstekende service.
Jouw taken
- Ontvangen en begeleiden van bezoekers.
- Beantwoorden en doorverbinden van telefoongesprekken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Beheren van de inkomende en uitgaande post.
- Ondersteuning bij administratieve taken zoals agendabeheer, bestellingen, en het opstellen van documenten.
- Eventueel assistentie bij andere diensten
Your Profile
Profiel
- Talenkennis: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een onthaalfunctie is een must.
- Persoonlijkheid: Je bent vriendelijk, professioneel, pro-actief, en discreet.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt overzicht, zelfs in drukke momenten.
- Basisvaardigheden in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) zijn vereist.
